To perform a Developer refresh start by hitting the home button
Next hit the System Menu button
Scroll down until you see Adjustment/Maintenance
Click on Adjustment/Maintenance
Click the down arrow until you see Developer Refresh
Click Next next to Developer Refresh
Click Start
Once Complete hit the Home button and try the print again. If the problem persists you can run up to 2 more times. If after two times the image defect is still present Please call 918-664-2588 or click the chat button to place a service call.
