Start by clicking the Home button
Click the System Menu button
Scroll down until you see Adjustment/Maintenance
Click Adjustment/Maintenance
Scroll down until you see Laser Scanning Cleaning
Click Next
Click Start
Once done hit the home button and print again to see if image is still showing white streaks. If image is still wrong please call 9186642588 or click the chat button to place a service call.
